Scientology's®
Claims

Does Scientology hold any political views?
Scientology is nonpolitical and does not engage in any political activity
whatsoever. By its creed, "All men have inalienable rights to
conceive, choose, assist or support their own organizations, churches
and governments." Scientologists are free to hold their own political
views, vote for the candidates of their choice, etc., and are not given
direction from the Church as to what position to take on political
issues or candidates. The Church believes there should be a complete
separation of church and state.

And now for the truth
That's complete nonsense. The Scientology organization is a criminal
enterprise and, like the more traditional organized crime syndicates
such as the Italian Mafia, its ringleaders will advance and advocate
political positions which are the most financially favorable to its
ringleaders' coffers. Scientology's history is stuffed full of political
activities, often under the make fake fronts that
Scientology creates to try to hide their activities.
As for the crime syndicate some how advocating the notion that there must
be complete separation of church and state, if we leave alone for the
moment the fact that Scientology isn't a real religion and can't
be considered a "church," we can look at the organization's
massive intrusions into the governments of the world, either through their
"Operation Snow White" (see Snow White,
Snow White 2, Sweden Snow
White, Snow White FOIA,
Germany Snow White, and
Portugal Snow White for details.)
Even more relevant is the massive violation of Constitutional seporation
of Church and State as discussed in 9th Circuit Opinion
in Sklar vs. Commissioner dated 29 January 2001 where-in the judges
find that the granting of Scientology's tax exemption status was an
unconstitutional criminal act which violates the Establishment Clause
of the U. S. Constitution. A judge's opinion in that finding was
most telling: "...the proper course of action is a lawsuit to
put a stop to that policy." The Federal 9'Th Court states that
citizens should sue the IRS to remove Scientology's tax exemption status
specifically because it violates the seporation of "church"
and State.
Why did Scientology lie to us when it claimed -- as it does above in the
official spokesperson's message -- that Scientology "...believes
there should be a complete separation of church and state" when in
fact judicial findings show that Scientology's violation of the
Constitutional Establishing clause is highly actionable to the point
where a judge specifically states citizens should sue to rectify?
